FRP Build and Repair

Custom prefabricated FRP Pipe for paper mill

What is FRP?

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) is an engineered composite commonly used in chemical processing, pulp and paper, and power generation settings. It is a durable, reliable option for the structural needs of highly demanding environments.

Universal Blastco’s specialized FRP team focuses solely on custom fabrication, installation, repairs, and inspections. This team also maintains a fabrication shop where they manufacture piping nozzles, flanges, and custom pieces to fit your specific needs. Because of their flexibility, our FRP team can prepare for planned outages and is ready to respond to any emergency your project may face.

With our experience, we understand that each project has a unique set of requirements. We work closely with our customers to develop solutions that fit the needs of your specific operation. We are ready to help with design, engineering, manufacturing, on-site installation, erection, and maintenance services.

In addition to FRP solutions, we also have vast experience working with many other engineered composites. These include vinyl ester resins, polyester resins, furan resins, silica carbide additive resins, fiberglass-reinforced additive resins, and conductive additives.
