The plant contacted us with concerns about pinholes. We showed up to do the small repair but were able to completely reconstruct the spool in just 48 hours for a long term solultion.

PROJECT SUMMARY

The customer contacted us with concerns about pinholes in a large pump suction spool that was leaking, causing them to shut down part of there process. Our FRP crew showed up ready to repair only the small portions of the spool that were leaking, but once on-site the customer decided on structurally repairing the entire spool. We sent more material and manpower and were able to completely reconstruct the spool in a 48 hour period. This allowed the customer to confidently get their process back up and functioning at full capacity.
